Belgravia Hotel Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASIAN STAR (Japan) Co., Ltd., a Japanese listed company, in China. ASIAN STAR (Japan) Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the development of high-end real estate management and rental management business and resort hotels. At present, it owns and manages more than 3,500 serviced apartments. It has developed into a professional management company with one-stop service apartment, providing hotel planning, hotel consultants, hotel design, hotel management (brand output) and all suite hotel. In recent years, Belgravia also starts to focus on the development of resort serviced apartments. 

Belgravia Hotel Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is more focused on serving foreign customers and building the most influential foreign businessman's home in the city, which has completed a series of successful cases in Wuxi, Suzhou, Shanghai and other places. The Wuxi Belgravia Touwaen Serviced Residence project has over 500 apartments and has served 90% Japanese in Wuxi, becoming the first choice for Japanese businessmen living in Wuxi. Both HODO and Touwaen projects are council members of Wuxi Hospitality Association.

Belgravia management team has practical experience in serving foreign apartments in China and professional Japanese management team. It is familiar with the actual situation of the serviced apartment industry at home and abroad and the residential needs of Japanese customers. Mr. Nakashi, general manager in Wuxi, has successively served as a director of the Shanghai Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Wuxi Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
